If your goal is to buy in a fabulous neighborhood with great schools that you can have some help covering the mortgage by renting some of it out, then do that.

The nearby school ratings look good (above 7) on Zillow.

I'm a new investor, looking at a 3/2 ranch near South Cobb High School in Austell.  

I plan on moving back in (to my house) when I'm done with law school next year.
