Get out there, knock on doors, and find someone in need of selling their home quick and for dirt cheap.

Deals definitely come around - but when they do you have to be quick to jump on it.

The fees are reasonable no worse than other get rich quick seminars. 

Contacting their chain of command will get that taken care of real quick as they can actually face punishment within the military under the UCMJ for that as well.
