We have since relocated to Houston, TX but continue to pursue real estate in the Atlanta, GA area as we both grew up there and know the Atlanta market pretty well.

How’s it going all   So this is the situation grew up in Ny my whole life.  

I grew up in Ridley.  

I'm a Realtor in Houston but have alot of connections in Dallas where I grew up. 

I grew up always expecting to buy a home by offering below the asking price. 

I actually grew up and lived in New Boston for most of my 29 years and now live in Riverview. 

Providence is on my radar however I don’t have a local knowledge base there, I have a good friend investor and agent that grew up in Fall River and serves as my local guide on what areas to stay away from.  

. :) I grew up helping my Dad DIY around the house and my husband has great finishing skills.

Never seen the basement without water but my husband grew up down the street and he says a lot of the homes had flooded basements and people had to fix.

This city does not have any bad areas (relative to most major cities), people who grew up here will say certain areas in the south part of town are "rough" but being from outside of Cleveland and having spent a great deal of time in Chicago/Toledo that tends to make me laugh.
