I served my great country as a Military Police Officer and I also did a 7 yr stent in Fire/EMS as a Lt and EMT.

While I agree with Minh L. that appreciation swings usually go up for longer than a year, I'm not too sure about this particular time in So Cal.

I enjoy working with people and would like to focus on serving the community and providing win win situations for myself, sellers and buyers.

I served, and served proudly without regrets, but it was time for me to move on and turn my dream into a reality not only for my self, but primarily for my family's future.

I Think You HAve Every Right To Serve The 90 Notice If You Intend To Occupy The Residence On Property Regardless Unless Its A 300 Unit Complex Of Course.Also The Law Says You Have To Give The 90 Day Notice "When there is no lease or the lease is terminable at will under state law."
