I guess what trying to figure out is if the inventory pool in that area contain properties that will rent well or if its more of a fix and flip economy there.

We have a lot of buyers and not enough inventory.

Unfortunately, for 2021 (at least right now), the "top turnkey markets" are just about any market that has inventory.

This house is my inventory and I need to make it rentable.
