Here are the standard things I do:-add listing to MLS,Zillow/ Trulia, list hub -create Facebook property listing with cityblast-add to Facebook personal and business page-create flyer/brochure (print and digital)-posting to Instagram-post to craigslist-email blast to all MLS agents-send to email list of personally known agents in the areaWhat steps do you take?

One came up a for foreclosure, 3 have no data available with some quick web searches and like an idiot, I didn't make notes on which ones were vacant and which ones were in poor condition, so I'll figure what others were vacant later with google maps.

They don't have a web portal, so if you have to go look for a particular expense, you would have to call them.Madison Management on the other hand is also a servicing company that you can board your notes with.
