My Grandmother-in-law and her daughter (Power of Attorney) sold the house out from under my father-in-law, my husband and myself.

When I said they were trying to daisy chain my place they insisted it must be a different one.I then asked why one of the pictures had my father in law in it?  

My father and I are closing on our first rental property (duplex) in the coming days.  

We underwrote the deal and can back with a price and during the time 1 of the 3 deals went to a national broker in prep to go on-market because someone else in the company made the decision to do that (the father possibly, so that they can get the best Sales price, understandably)Though we were unable to take down all 3, we are now in talks to get one under contract. 

I’m not to handy, but my father in-law is.

My father got me started in single family and multi family real estate in the Los Angeles area.

There is a father son living there, so when I officially take over I would like to see what I do.

My father owns a SFH free and clear .

Most important was being able to spend quality time with my father working on this.
