Ive had the BP app for years and my wife wanted to get too.

It should be a lot less confusing than using spreadsheets.I'd recommend having a look to see which app fits your priority (for example, some are geared towards tenant screening, rent collection, accounting, or reporting).

@Oniel Samuel I'm not sure of a software/app/tool that can do it but it can be done in Excel.

Vemo, CashApp, Zelle are not proper apps for collecting rent.

I agree with a lot of the comments here only thing I wanted to add is REITs or RE Crowdfunding with apps like PeerStreet, Fundrise, Small Change, Crowdstreet etc. if you really want to get the ball rolling asap. 

If they meet your rental criteria and have a solid app, sure, why not cut them a small deal.  

I then downloaded the Google Voice app on my iPhone 12 and attempted to sign in using the same Gmail account.

She has access to it via the app so she knows she's the only person with access to it.

Those three apps combined into one is pretty convenient, and auto late fees, easy billbacks, etc.
