The new construction builder in our area puts them in starter homes.

I'd also like someone to work with the builder to keep the lodge feel going but yet be cost effective.

I understand that it might slow down a bit, but with everyone flooding here I can’t see how builders could ever keep up with the demand.

There are lots of things that you can do: develop land, home builder, construction company, GREEN construction company, flip homes, lending, owner financing your rehabs and a bunch more. 

As a matter-of-fact, I just got off a Zoom with one of mine (super savvy subdivision/big-scale development guy), and have a meeting at 1 today with another - he's a builder I'm working with on some smaller one-off development ideas. 

I'd get an experienced builder/contractor/plumber to help lay out the bathroom.
