I think the value of agents (Russell Brazil might agree) goes beyond just price but part of it is just having two unemotional agents grease the negotiations to take *some* of the emotion out of it.I’d also posit (but have zero data to back this up) that when you hit the FSBO world it’s super easy to make tons of 💩 offers.
