Another 3 days for the poly to dry.

It is kind of dry but if you love business and keeping your money it doesn't hurt to at least know what you don't know so you can ask a professional, if that makes sense.

Looked ok on the outside; but we spent thousands on environmentals (including phase 2), and found PERC as there was a dry cleaner there before.

According to Trulia's chart, prices peaked at $785k in about Sept 2014 and are now down to $705k, a 10% decline.http://www.trulia.com/real_estate/Irvine-Californi...From what I've heard, new home developments are getting hit the hardest now that Chinese money is drying up, with lots of price concessions and very little activity. 

I'm in a situation where it's not in danger of collapse, is dry and hasn't moved since I put in the beams 3 years ago.  

Even though we dry locked, implemented a pipe drain, new drywall, etc. we still had water intrusion in one corner we had to fix on inspection.

In a lot of markets people are saying that the deal flow is drying up, but I think that is just an excuse for people being lazy.

The house is located on top of a hill and we even reinforced the back fences to prevent stuff like this.Currently we have people drying out the basement.

Utilities are not sub metered.One half is vacant and needs new flooring, dry wall and paint.

I got my self so hyped up to finally take my first step into the real estate world that I was blind to the possibility of such a seemingly cut and dry loan being rejected.
