Even though we dry locked, implemented a pipe drain, new drywall, etc. we still had water intrusion in one corner we had to fix on inspection.

In a lot of markets people are saying that the deal flow is drying up, but I think that is just an excuse for people being lazy.

The house is located on top of a hill and we even reinforced the back fences to prevent stuff like this.Currently we have people drying out the basement.
