From what I've read online fiberglass seems to last longer, cheaper, and be more low maintenance, but most of this information came from fiberglass companies, so not sure if its true/bias.

Are you also reaching out to buyers by different means such as posting on online sites such as CraigsList or FB Marketplace in those markets?

I think I am going to go with Tenant Cloud for my software they seem to provide a nice streamlined service and I like that it keeps everything in one place it's all online and I can screen, accept applications, and list my property right from there.

I have read and seen information online discussing how to create a Property Management company to help run and shield your investment properties.

@Simon Ribellia There are a handful of online auction sites that you could get started on including; auction.com, ten-x.com, and landwatch.com also list auctions on their site.

PS: As background, I researched the prospective tenants' social media online & would have been reluctant to rent to them.

I see there are many plans for sale online when I Google them, but I am wondering if someone here has a recommendation for where to look for these types of plans? 

They are already overworked and lots of new cabins coming online.
