He currently has not offered to make any concessions to his profit line except that he's doing the line items that are over "at cost" and is attempting to justify this by the fact that the home will still have significant equity even with the overages.We are still moving forward, framing is set to begin next week.

We really haven't raised the rent much over the years, and the most the property has been vacant has been about 2 weeks at a time (some would say that minimum vacancy means renting too low, which is an interesting discussion).

The "little" HOAs usually aren't concerned if your tenant lets the grass get long for a couple of weeks and they don't make you get pre-approval on color selection for your front door.
