We will have multiple properties becoming vacant at end of this month and I'm worried it will take a long time to get them rented but at the same time I have not heard any concrete plans to relief landlords via state programs.

I think for most of us on BP this seems to be the better choice vs going through the PPP program.

The program is around and is called "Limited 203K". 

The Cares program and bridge program are programs that they have told us are coming but haven’t finalized process and how to apply yet.

I would keep that wherever you go and make sure you know the cost and location of a property that will actually rent to section 8 or another program.  

As for the Section 8 program itself, up here in MA and I suspect in nearly all Housing Authorities that manage the local Section 8 vouchers, it generally takes 1-2 weeks for the prospective tenant to get their act together in order to present the paperwork to the potential landlord. 

I have an apartment building under contract that our lender backed out on this week because they canceled their 30-year fixed program.

Again, we must weigh this with the advantages of having a bigger mortgage, how many loan programs you have available, cashflow, your resources and your specific goals.
