Conventional financing allows for up to 10 financed properties, so exhaust that avenue first and then venture into commercial financing. 

We haven’t ventured as much into the larger homes as furnishing + vacancy is hard.What are you grossing a month?

My question is if I should take on a major rehab as my first RE venture and has anyone experienced going through something like this?

There is a bit of workflow supported, but for simplicities sake we don't use it. 

For now, I envision myself making some wholesale contracts to raise capital for future ventures.
