This is like a $5k job - vendor is ripping you off!

Two of the contractors I am getting quotes from I have already expressed them using their contacts/vendors.

Was this a company on your preferred vendor list?

Yes, you just wander down the housing office and register yourself as a vendor, and as the owner of the property and give them new bank details.

After the 3rd trip out, I asked the vendor why he didn't just replace what needed replacing so we could move on. 

I've flipped hundreds of houses, and I don't believe I'm ever had a customer, vendor or contact inquire about BBB status. 

We are skilled at taking over a property like yours, marketing for tenants, screening tenants, completing the leasing correctly, move-in and then ongoing monitoring of the tenant, property etc.You want someone local that has Chandler properties, vendors etc.

In addition, there are sponsored vendors  represented there such as insurance companys, mold remediation, heating and air, mortgage lenders, etc..

@Par Attaran I have a different situation since I am also certified in Property Management, therefore I have different relationships with vendors where I am not charged.

I tried getting an amazon locker directly from amazon but I guess my location doesn’t qualify.Does anyone know and can recommend a package delivery/return system similar to the amazon locker, but that can work with all delivery vendors such as amazon, ups, fedex, usps, etc?
