You are absolutely right about the free education and I plan on taking advantage.

But don’t wait until they’ve already found other deals and made other plans. 

It's just a good idea to be ready to pivot with a traveling nurse/clinician in the event that COVID or civil unrest ramps up.

What manufacturer do you plan on using if you don't mind me asking  A manufacturer I use here in NC have a nice one story plan if you want to save some money on the finsh work

I have 12 months no interest on my Amex to buy a duplex o triplex, I plan to adquire few properties on this way.
