What is the best skip tracing service that you have discovered?

I offer a subscription service.

However, everything else about this property lines up very well, and I want to pull the trigger or move on asap, since I've already analyzed it forwards and backwards.Here are the details:625k PPcurrent monthly income $5,600, annual income after expenses (utilities, taxes, maintenance, repairs) is 46k, which would cash flow after debt service, but not a ton.However.

Those goals are important, and you shouldn't put yourself into a BAD deal, just to get into a deal - but - I feel very much like I'd rather get in with relatively poor CCR, just so I can start the train moving down the tracks.

The debt service just eats the deal alive..

I am looking for recommendations on a lawn care company to service the rental properties as well as a handyman to call for repairs/maintenance issues.

Then I would refinance after it is in service.

Maybe @John Underwood knows this, but when you file your taxes at the end of the year, should we calling out the VRBO service fee that they charge to the owner as a deductible expense?
