Did you ever get in touch with the person?

The North End and Pottsgrove would be better options in Montgomery County...but maybe it's because I lived there for so long and didn't exactly enjoy it (happy to elaborate more in PM)... but I wouldn't touch anything Pottstown with a 10 foot poll. 

All water is off, all gas if off, there is a huge drip pan underneath the tank which carries the water to an outside drain on the side of my home.I'm pretty much afraid to touch the tank and go into the attic.

When I told the broker I was confused, he simply replied "My suggestion would be that you spent time looking in the market, and be in touch if you have any questions." 

So I had to pay thousands to draw plans, get approvals etc before a bank would even touch it.Good luck and hope it goes well!

Can anyone tell me what they know about that area and which areas are seeing growth vs areas not to touch?

Every time we turn over an apartment, we have to refresh it (cleaning, touch up paint at the least, minor repairs at the least), and usually have a month of vacancy, plus the work of showing it. 

Yet another reason I want to rent it out.I used Exit In Touch to buy the house and I was satisfied with my experience so I was looking at them as well for renting it out.
