The second to last R in BRRRR is refinance and that can mean out of your first FHA loan if you are house hacking or a modified conventional investor loan?

You can still do ok if you BRR(R), especially in the long-term, but i would think displacing 11 people every year or so is gonna take a toll.

I’m a holder investor based in Boston, however I was introduced with an opportunity to purchase a “vacation”/rental property on a lakefront in NH (one of the smaller lakes around lake Winnipesaukee). it’s zoned as R/C, 2BED/1BATH at the 350k range.
