Another thing I'll do is flush every toilet twice; I had one home where the water was off because of a plumbing issue but someone had put water in the bowl and tank so it'd flush if you tested it once.Ultimately those are all pretty surface-level tests, though.

I already have some good green screen photos to use on my marketing materials like you also mentioned, looks like I’m on the right track so far.As far as the 12 touches being over kill, I hope this is the case but I think I will try your strategy by doubling my list to 5000 and mailing to one half one month and then the other half the following month like you are recommending and if I don’t see the results I would like I market test the other strategy.

@Zamir Kazi, the only thing I've found that will work for my business(Es) after testing more than 30 CRMs/project management software programs is...........Podio.And, I hated Podio with a purple passion until I got so disgusted with all other software that I spent two solid days educating myself and implementing it.There's nothing better for what you're doing if, and it's a big if, you'll take the few hours to understand it and integrate it with GlobiFlow so everything you do is automated and you get reports created so you can manage by report.

Don't design your business card yourself - start with your company logo and go to elance or any of the other websites out there and get it done.Also, many lawyers would say that it costs them more money to review your "base" contract and make edits than actually going off their own tried and tested templates!
