They are completely 2 different balls of wax.Wholesaling is flipping a property without ever owning it. short game Rental property you own it and make money of tenants that pay you rent every month hopefully. long gamelet me know if you need more.

Nothing worse then selling a house and getting a call the first 20 degree or 90 degree day that the system will not maintain temperature and the contractor is not answering his phone :) good luck

Most shielded/sleeved PEX is typically, rated for extreme temperature ranges (high/low) and will hold its shape and integrity better in those situations.

How cumbersome that seemed to me.Consequently, I have the freedom to go where I want, do what I want and be around who I want without a ball-and-chain called 'bodyguards'.I think the point @David Krulac is trying to make is that the idea that 90% of the richest made their money in real estate is untrue.

At the last seminar he taught over one hundred Baltimore area residents (free of charge) how to " Flip houses like your hair's on fire" which he gasve us both CD's with forms, contracts, etc and how to get the ball rolling.
