Rather, I just make a list of things I need done and have a contractor or contractors do the actual work.It can be hard finding good, reliable contractors.

My comment is intended to deflate the concept that a National Average NEVER apply to specific cases - - eg: American's have 2.5 kids - - quite impossible isn't it.Numbers I cite are operation in my market, my region, true and reliable enough to get a full price offer in ten days.
