Both were priced higher than mine and one was not updated from it's 70's interior style.

One sale doesn't make a trend but the folks that live in North Center are pretty savvy and trend setters for the City.

Since I'm an unlucky person I had to go out my way in the form of reaching out to others for answer this road works both ways sitting and waiting is just not my style personally nothing gets done that way. 

The HOA won't allow weekly rentals or Air BnB style stuff which is a shame because I could rent the heck out of it for the summer and winter (it's near both lakes, mountains, Tanglewood, and a ski resort).

I know it is a great neighborhood with a variety of different style properties and a wide range of prices as well. 

They have the best family-style Chinese food around.

In ten years it is more likely that the property interior will need updating as popular styles change but the structure will remain sound.
