The upstairs unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, but the downstairs unit is a studio style although there is a garage that some similar houses on the same street have converted into a bedroom so that the basement unit has 1 bedroom.

I can guestimate about 50k in repairs because I purchased a house across the street from this 1 about a year ago & I underestimated the cost to reno by about 40K & it was in similiar condition.

The one thing I can contribute to this question is to tell you about what happened to the house with vinyl siding down the street from my parents.  

Also, a house down the street is about to go on the market.

What I take issue with is upon him initially calling in he states "Whatever you have on in the background, could you cut it off because it's really annoying" I have Sesame Street playing in the background for my kids.
