Maybe even drive by and look at a few in person on your own just to see the street and stuff.In 6-12 months you should hopefully be out from under the car payment, know/understand the FHA Loan Requirements such as DTI, have a good feel/understanding of your local market and ready to make a purchase.

In other words, you can't say "no felony convictions ever", but you can say "no felony convictions in the prior three years" - and other similar limited things, such as "no drug related felony convictions in the prior ten years".Of course, I still say "no prior convictions for sex offenses ever" ...

You can usually find someone like myself to open a lending office for you and teach you enough to get you in the business, (I don't do that BTW) I doubt that anyone off the street will wake up and start a lending operation and be in business in a year.

Westminster has been expanding the industrial/commercial areas near the Carroll County Regional Airport and along Route 140 to bring in more of those types of employment and there is a push within the City to revitalize the Main Street area with small local shops and eateries.   

The architect can submit a preliminary plan to the county to get their feedback for the project (street improvements, utility connections, etc). 

When the property manager lives just down the street, they will not mind checking out simple problems first, as a part of their duties to the property owners, and they will more readily act on behalf of the owners, as if it were their own property, or their own pocketbook.

We are located right on Commerce Street in the center.

I quite like the history part about New Bedford (cobblestone streets, old whaling houses), but there do seem to be some rough patches.Re Taunton, what kind of people are renting there?
