., you see so many hundreds of thousands of realtors offering massive rebates to consumers.From a Realtor's perspective, on a 500k purchase of a listed property:would a realtor rather get ahead of this rebate wave and loan back $10,000 of the commission at a very low rate to the buyer Post Closing and ultimately keep the entire 3 Points?

@Aaron Bry welcome to BP, you're definitely ahead of most individuals your age including myself at 27.

If you spend an extra $50 or $100 to get something better quality, and then never have to touch it for the next 10-15 years, I think that's coming out way ahead.
