If I understand this right, she was going to let you buy the house for at leasst $10,000 over what she had it under contract for, charge you an assignment fee on top of that, and she's going to take 1/2 the profits besides.I think that personally, I would have trust issues with her.It's fine when investors make every penny that they can, but as far as I am concerned, it is not OK to screw every penny that you can out of your partners.
