I’m not sure how many rentals you have but I have a few and have been able to negotiate a discounted rate with Irving Oil and Propane which gets passed on to my tenants with the property and then they set up their own personal account with Irving.

There are various makes, select one that is overbuilt if you are putting it in a rental.
