The price on the shelf might be cheaper at one of the big chains,but in my experience,if you are a regular customer at the smaller building supplies,they will discount everything you buy.Go into HD and ask them what kind of deal they can give you on something and they only have the authority to sell it as priced.The other guys will cut you a deal to keep your buisness.

They seem to get their share of customers, although, I find that many people are just too lazy to even check into it and I see a lot of those home sitting vacant.

Here's the way that I organize my information.3 cabinets: 1 for vendors (people that sell stuff to you) 1 for customers (since I'm a landlord this means my tenants) 1 for general / administrative items (company documents of incorporation, tax documents)This is how I file information inside each cabinet.- Organize alphabetically (except XYZ can be combined since they're rare)- File according to first letter of the company's name.

Going to the bar and owning one are 2 very different animals.Lots of hard work behind the scenes that customers do not see.I was in the restaurant industry for years and owned one before.It wasn't a bar but the pizza industry.I know the industry very well.First you need to ask if you want to own the land and building or rent the building??
