In order to avoid the low participation rate, I've a.) suggested that by completing the survey, the tenants could win up to $100 - the amount is a function of the thoroughness and comprehensiveness of their answers and b.) issue the survey with 3-6 months left on the year-long lease so that I can take the feedback into consideration and assess repairs and improvements that may help retain my top quality tenants and reduce vacancy.

@Jason Ma I'm not sure this answers your question but I would recommend looking at the growth of the university.I invest almost exclusively in student rentals in Columbia, SC and the University of South Carolina is the primary driver of activity in the downtown market.

I probably answered my own question then...if its the same LLC, just qualified as a foreign entity, then essentially its the same company and I wouldn't need a separate account.
