But I’ve never felt a need to try and counter/respond to a random friend that doesn’t embrace out-of-state investing like I do.

Account Closed I don't think the concern landlords would have is related to random shootings.

If you're property is vacant, and you just put in some random person, regardless of who they are, then the odds of having a bad tenant increases. 

I know I'm just some random stranger knocking on their door, asking personal questions, so I can understand if they don't want to share such sensitive information.

It's a bit overwhelming trying to pick a random starting point since within my radius I haven't been able to find a deal in the price range I'm looking for. 

and we get a few random bookings in the other months.We launched our rental at the end of August too, and it was challenging until Summer because bookings were so sparse, but then Summer we were 90% booked.

Then like magic two days ago I randomly came across an amazing commercial deal down the road from the commercial property we purchased 2 years ago.
