Hello BP,I am currently compiling a flyer and a credibility kit to raise funds for my real estate investments.Just need some feedback for what kind of information do you suggest to include in the Flyer (one page handout) that I can give to potential lenders at the local REI meeting.I look in BP website, but I was not able to find the information I am looking for.Your comments are gladly appreciated

Shareholders of Deutsche Bank protested at its annual meeting last Friday over its announcement of a new capital raise of 8 billion Euros.

No use the collection company to make all payments have heard something like a 3rd party servicing the debt so not to raise eyebrows but I don't really know what that means.It's common practice for a lot of property owners to use 3rd party collection co to make payments 4.

Has anyone ever encountered or done anything similar to this.My County has raised the reconsideration from a minimum of 10% to nothing less then 50% as of January 2014.

BUT, I think if every single landlord on this site and other sites like it used "one" (index finger raised) site for "bad tenants" and others joined when needed, a database could eventually build up over time. 

About Me:I'm a Marine veteran, born and raised in NYC.

We see this every year when those of us that work full time jobs get the basic 3% raise.

I would like to have these students (cosigners) properly screened, put the parents on the lease and possibly raise the rent.

How are you guys handling the ins. on a Sub2 with your end Buyer when seller Financing the deal so my Seller's lender doesn't raise any red flags, questions or even call the Due on Sale Clause?
