There will always be reason why you don't want to do something, the successful people ignore those, power through the suck and get to where they want to be with some stories about really crappy times 

Real estate investing is a powerful thing.

It felt like a low-risk buy (since we could easily cover the mortgage even without renters), but since the unit was almost always filled I saw the full power of REI firsthand. 

I may switch this in the future to limit the bank's power over my money tied to both.

House is in unappealing condition - no water, no power, FULL of trash, debris, & vermin, but still occupied...neighbors not happy.

Everythings a loophole with enough cash and attorney power! 

To put it into perspective, if I was holding a standard sized broom or rake, I could reach up and touch the power lines.

Many want to do the right thing but some people abuse lack of knowledge or abuse power.
