@Paul Duncan I'm not 100% sure but believe it is six months for conventional loans, however there are portfolio/commercial lenders in my market that I've done BRRRs with that don't require any seasoning.

I've been reading how people buy on auction.com and I'm also interested in starting my portfolio.

I will be bringing my current wholesale Buisness with me as well as building a rental portfolio! 

Ultimately, I think I'd like to grow my business for a few more years, sell it, and focus on building a real estate portfolio. 

I have a small portfolio of rental properties and fixing up and wanting to grow.
