Since you are now a lender, you may be subject to the same rules that BofA, Chase, HSBC and the other big players out there are subject to and if you screwed up anywhere in the process, you could have a bigger issue on your hands than you wanted.

Also, what is your willingness/capability to self manage matters as well.I was starting to build my RE empire when my W2 career took off and did not really have the capacity to self manage and grow.  

It wasn't until a few years ago that I finally realized I was capable of more. 

Too complicated and too many players for my taste.  

I'd love to see how others navigate the game.I have one board game so six players is a good number.Hopefully someone that is interested also has a board, and we can have more players join.There is now an APP available that accompanies the game so you no longer have to manually keep a balance sheet.

There is unlimited information available on self home improvement and very few things that are beyond the capabilities of someone able to purchase a property in the first place..

The principal here is that on a level playing field, all the players have a fair shot at success.

He's a new player in the pricing market and his product has a lot of promise. 

Even with a downturn because of principal paydown the asset has strong capability to weather multiple market environments.
