Use your judgement in such situations, because you are the PM, making you best equipped to make those decisions.And for your dog poop problem, there is a company called poo prints that collects samples of all on-site pets and DNA tests the poop (for real).

This part is my fault... sort of... on a walk through during a water heater replacement inspection, I noticed they had cats - maybe a couple of cats... and as you guessed it, they are not authorized to have pets b/c they said no to pets when we first leased it out to them - though the house was listed as dogs acceptable.

Here’s the good and bad on each:Applicant 1: Older lady (likely to stay longer), has one dog so I can charge pet deposit, will have son living with her temporarily, no debt, college educated, doesn’t work but receives VA benefits and SS, volunteers at hospice and local church school, no debt.
