I started in the business still using carbon paper.. then NCR  then fax machines.. took me a few years to figure out how to scan.. once I learned that well I have not used a fax in 5 years.. we have one of course but its never used.. now with docusign and the like.. its heavenI even have a few of my closing companies using it for everything except the deeds or in the rare event we have debt  mortgage or trust deeds... and of course original notes must be wet signed.
