when you say bids on 39.. does that mean if you win the bid you will nail all 39 or just some of themand what are your ratios basically ? 

They are great owners, very responsible, but still their wood floors were completely destroyed by the dogs nails.

Otherwise you'll start to see nail holes above them in the wall from where tenants will hang a bag of ice in front of it.
