I was wondering...is there some proven science behind using letters printed on yellow paper?

Shark or guppie, you decide.This isnt rocket science, find a house that cash flows nearby if its possible and buy it, if you need more money for a down payment, save up, get a higher paying job, borrow from family.

Once you coat the beds with RedGard and modern tile with maybe the good urethane premixed grout, that problem goes away.You're going to need to add outlets in both bathrooms, probably next to the light switches   -- there are none, as far as I can see (I can see only one switch).

This isn't rocket science, but at the same time, if you want to be successful at this, get really good at one thing. 

I would stick with one of the big name Banks as they will have many of the modern features such as mobile check scanning, credit card processing and etc.

I turned the old single screen into a more modern two screen theater.

I actually did go visit, and I was very impressed with the operation, the science, and the management team. 

Its not rocket science, but there is a 95% failure rate and IMO, much of that is from people not spending enough time and money on education (which leads to doing dumb things and running out of/losing money).

There's a science to every aspect of it.
