I would say that selling 99.99% invalid/crap data is a scam.  

I should have made more research myself but I haven't, partially as it needs figuring out all the data.

It's really just a simple form to enter data in, that gets converted to an Excel file.Just know, that this data is going to be used to compile a larger databank of information they can sell in the future, whether it's stated or not.

It would take a good amount of time (I'd imagine) to go up and create a completely set of fake data. 

Crunching metadata can certainly increase the accuracy of your proforma, but there is inevitably events that will change the trajectory of the data.

Maybe I could help, maybe trade services, I.e. website/data to market for a camp ground spot :-).   

You could look them up in the court records or you could get them from a data provider like list source, propstream, batch, etc
