Anything that I use I mark the SKU No., and where I got it, which makes easier for the next rehab, I just repeat. 

What I meant, was, ideas or places I can go to purchase the inventory at better rates and then having to purchase them from the contractor who is marking up the price of the items.  

I have a rent collection sheet that I mark off as each properties rent is paid for the month.
