I agree with this.I had a forty-something tenant with a young family sign a two year lease and three months later they got their student loans forgiven and could finally make their lifelong dream of homeownership come true.

You may be able to go up to 80-85% financing if the rent schedule can support the loan.

We attended Gene's 3-day training two years ago and are about to close on the construction loan for our first RAL.

I have the VA home loan benefit right now and I am not sure if putting money down on the VA home loan would a smart move.
