The disparity is even more alarming in Worcester, where median income has grown by 19.7 percent, while mortgage payments have surged a staggering 82.9 percent.It’s no surprise that home prices in Worcester have risen, but I didn’t realize the jump was so dramatic.What I’m seeing on the ground is that many of the buyers for multifamily homes (multis) in Worcester are coming from the east—places like Greater Boston.

The definition includes, but is not limited to: Negotiating, promoting, or advertising the sale, exchange, purchase, or rental of real property, or the granting or acceptance of an option to sell, exchange, purchase, or rent an interest or estate in real estate or a time share.

Of course your/my mileage may vary - but this seems such a standard thing to do, I can not imagine it's worth thousand dollars of contract rocket science.  

The market could be "hot" for home sales, but that doesn't always translate to rental demand.

I am in a odd spot and need to decide what to do but it is complicated.
