I mean just think about the PAIN we go through buying a car.then think about how U buy a Tesla.. takes all of 5 to 10 minutes on line and its done and that include financing if your not paying cash. you get an e mail that your car is ready.. its more like buying a new airplane.. 

Getting permits and passing inspections is so painful in our area.

Hi All, I’ve been using the BRRRR strategy lately and would say that my most painful piece of the process is lender vetting.

Also, yes SONYMA is a pain in the butt, and banks / credit unions always ask for documents multiple times and at the last minute.

Or just deal with pain in the butt tenants hitting you up while you're at your 9-5 to point out that a bee got into their house and they don't know why.How do you deal with it?

The lender has been a pain in the butt to work with to get the funds released.

Fixit persona and start spouting crap about electrical, plumbing, HVAC, plastering, things that it's painfully obvious they know nothing about: "All you have to do is skim-coat that, just stick those tiles right back on..."

If they're not familiar, it can be a royal pain.
