And one thing I think about a lot is if I should talk to a lawyer at all.

Have already sent a 10-day pay or quit notice but getting mixed responses from lawyers about evictions on hold/PA now requiring 30-day notice etc. 

I STRONGLY advise you to talk to a lawyer or sheriff or maybe someone down at town hall because some cities and towns have strict requirements that go even further than the state law.

(note: I am not asking for ways to skirt this restriction, rather I am trying to understand my options)3) Should I contact a lawyer before this deal closes?

Lawyer was provided my the Broker and the Wholesalers as well as everything else.

If no payment then call the lawyer and evict.
