Many of these people come from areas where dinner is whatever is caged in the backyard ,where household garbage is simply tossed out the window and using cleaning products is nonexistent .it will be a learning experience to say the least

Not really spending anything on it. 

Spend that money on where it matters most, kitchen, bath, fresh paint etc. 

There has been a ton of luxury condos built in that area and in Scottsdale, and the prices seem to defy reality for what you're getting (No land, no driveway, shared walls). 500k+ for a townhouse/condo as a personal residence is one thing, but it seems like a lot to spend on a rental property when you can only rent it for around 3k. 

Did you spend a lot of time learning from different sources?

I am contemplating taking the time I was spending on school and getting a part time job to generate some extra income.

After listening to BP Podcast #306 I realized I wasn't spending enough money on my personal education/development.

This doesn't count the cost of classes, testing, and all the things agents spend money on to run their businesses.

She was able to spend the same as she did renting and now owns her own home.

Yes you might spend 2000 doing this action but at least you will have marketable title and peace of mind.
