I really worry for my country and grand kids.

You don't say what those GC's quoted your, but I'm guessing its several hundred, if not a grand, once you have a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician involved.If you do proceed, I don't see any point of having a GC.

However, new monster buildings like Bay View Grand and Porto Fino have caused a surplus of rentals and owners there are having trouble paying mortgage and HOA fees.

I still have time to travel and finish all 50 States and 100 countries, and spend time with 6 kids and 11 grand kids.I know many aren't in the same age group , etc. currently, but more me, I don't mind sharing.

They still owe 200 grand, and suddenly they lsoe their job and can't make any more payments.

Oregon has from what I understand very inexpensive power because its all coming from Hydo form the Columbia rivers 25 dams.. with the Grand Coulee being the largest.Its one reason you have many server farms in central Washington and in Oregon.

I wanted to get a better feel of his offerings before I drop a grand for the UF course  Of course, there are frequent references to other units of the UF course which I don't have access to, but, still some good information and videos.
