RE is ALL about math, that's it!

The BRRRR method and flipping properties is definitely something I would explore in the future  

This could include reporting expenses, depreciation, and other relevant information.Filing a tax return allows you to take advantage of any available deductions or credits that could offset other income or reduce your tax liability in future years.

@Anthony Warren Do you have a property address already that you need a flip/rehab done on or are you simply assembling a team for the future.

Once you identify what you want to achieve in RE, finding the right deal will be so much easier because you can analyze and weed out the properties that won’t meet your needs.
