Plaster all over the floor had come down from the ceilings and walls.

For instance if they wanted to build out and let their floor and carpet guy do the rest, they can do that.

I cleaned for several years for an appraiser.

Because my husband cannot walk very well, and he is very slow to do anything, when he has enough energy to do anything, I had to clean out our two car garage of all his tools and all the stuff in it, as well as pack all our stuff in the house, and I worked day and night.Had to call for a special pickup for all the junk that we had to throw away, that I alone had to haul out to the curb by myself. 

I had a walkthrough with a potential property manager and she recommended new flooring in kitchen and update/painting cabinets only.

We've just put $100k into a huge renovation, and the house has all new kitchens and baths, hardwood floors, etc. 

I found a property that I toured several months before and hated because of the very odd floor plan that I expected no buyer would want.

Just because we put in marble counters and high end flooring does not mean you can raise rent 300 over market for the area right away.

My plan is to move the washer & dryer from the basement to the 1st floor (a trivial plumbing job), and find someone, maybe from the country, to show me what needs to be changed in the kitchen and bathroom to make the place really accessible.My other option is to remove the ramp and make it a 2 car garage again. 

I use a handyman who is great at simple things like flooring, paint, bathroom remodel, even plumbing etc if you would like his info would be happy to provide it.
